Rare 120 takes the stuffy steakhouse of the past and turns it upside down. Diners will enjoy classic and contemporary steakhouse cuisine and martinis in a sleek, contemporary atmosphere accented with gleaming exotic wood finishes and brushed stainless steel.
The culinary philosophy of Rare 120 is simple: using fresh and high-quality seasonal ingredients to reinvent classic steakhouse dishes with a deliciously light, modern twist. The cutting edge “a la carte” menu allows the customer to build their ideal steak and choose their sides. Redefined American steakhouse favorites include such items as the Chilled Martini Tower; exquisitely displaying an array of Dungeness crab meat, Pacific prawns, and zesty vodka citron infused cocktail sauce. Carnivorous selections include items such as the Argentinean Grass Fed Ribeye and Tuscan Veal Chop. With the emphasis on organic and farm-raised meat, the discerning customer will be complemented by a full-fledged beverage program including an innovative martini menu and an extensive wine list.
