The Boardroom turns the entire idea of a sports bar upside down, reinventing the concept as a stylish martini lounge and restaurant that just happens to contain loads of strategically placed design-integrated video screens showing any televised sporting event imaginable. Patrons will enjoy contemporary new American cuisine as well as innovative martinis in a sleek and modern atmosphere accented with gleaming exotic wood finishes and brushed stainless steel. Multiple lounge, bar and private rooms provide sexy, sophisticated, and cool environments that are perfect for hosting a group of friends before heading to an event to the American Airlines Center. The interior was designed by iCrave Design Studio, the established, vibrant design firm behind some of the world’s most sought after late night destinations in New York, Miami, The Hamptons, London and beyond.
The culinary philosophy of The Boardroom is simple using fresh and high-quality seasoned ingredients to reinvent classic American dishes with a delicious light, modern twist. BBQ Skirt Steak served with applewood-smoked bacon, tobacco onions, steak tomatoes, pecans and blue cheese. Blue Cornmeal-Encrusted Grouper Po’ Boy: served with jicama slaw and roasted jalapeño tarter sauce. Rum and Coca-Cola Glazed ribs: we broke a baby’s back in half just for you. Caramelized Banana Enchiladas: served with fresh strawberries, warm chocolate and raspberry sauces, topped with toasted hazelnuts. The culinary program will be complemented by a full-fledged beverage program including an innovative and comprehensive martini menu and extensive wine list.
